Senior Backend Engineer

About the role

We're looking for a Senior Backend Engineer to own core services in our payments platform. You'll design APIs, run them in production, and mentor engineers across the team.

What you'll do

• Design and ship services in Go and Python that process millions of transactions a day
• Own reliability: SLOs, on-call rotation, incident reviews
• Partner with product on roadmap and technical direction

What we're looking for

• 5+ years building distributed systems
• Deep comfort with PostgreSQL and event-driven architectures
• Clear written communication
